We Are Looking For:
Development Sites for Innovative Data Centers in Germany
Requirements:
We are looking for urban development sites. Properties with maintenance issues, in need of renovation, suitable for interim use, or currently vacant will also be evaluated for their suitability as investment properties. The properties offered should be held in full ownership.
- Plots of 6,000 m² or larger
- Preferably with a zoning plan designating “commercial use” (GE GI), though this is not mandatory.
- Locations with potential, preferably on the outskirts of urban centers and metropolitan areas within a 30–40 km radius
- Sufficient electricity should be available or can be made available within the next 2 years.
- Preference is given to locations ranging from average to good with solid infrastructure. The development potential of the local micro-location is a decisive factor for a potential purchase.
